Which way should I point this thing?

The other day, Casey noticed Landon was playing with a spray bottle but didn't think much of it because she thought the sprayer didn't work. Well, you'll see......

We cried the day we took the tree down.

We've had such a fun couple of weeks. . . We made gingerbread cookies

We made gingerbread houses with graham crackers

We ate candy canes and got all messy

For Christmas we got to go to Idaho. Here are Landon and his cousin Caiden on Christmas morning.Landon LOVED Grandma's glasses
Caiden is so cute!

Landon has loved Christmas, and especially Christmas trees. He thinks all the trees that don't have lights on them are broken. When he goes up for bed or a nap he tells the tree Bye Bye. We took our tree down yesterday, and we were a bit sad. Next year Landon won't be as fascinated with the tree and the lights. We've had such fun with Landon this Christmas!

Its a.............. Baby!

Here is the first picture of our newest family member. He or she will be her on or around June 23. These pictures aren't the best because the baby was moving around all over. (It must be related to Landon). We saw 2 legs and 2 arms and a heartbeat. We get to have the ultrasound to find out if its a boy or girl on Feb 6th. We feel blessed and excited to be able to have another baby.

'Mas tree 'Mas tree

So Landon LOVES Christmas trees (we think he loves the lights on them). He calls them 'mas trees. Ogden has a Christmas village that we decided to take him to last night. He loved it so much that he would just laugh as we were walking around looking at all the lights. It was really fun until we decided to leave because it was pretty cold. Apparently a 1 year old doesn't get cold when he is looking at Christmas lights because he screamed the whole way back to the car because he wanted to stay and look at the lights. Well, ya can't win 'em all I guess.

Thanksgiving

Well we're finally getting around to doing our post about Thanksgiving. We had a great time and got to see both sides of the family. We missed Isaac & Taniel and Mike, Kelly & Caiden though. Our camera was buried in everything we had to bring so we didn't get very many pictures. This is one from the Reindeer games at the Parker Family Christmas party. Landon wasn't too excited to wear the reindeer ears.

Landon loved staying at the hotel for the party. He would run out of the room and to the "bater" (Elevator). It was funny. We took him swimming, and he would have liked that more if it was a littler warmer. We had a great time!

As we were leaving my moms house, Landon ran out the door. My brother Jared said Landon is the fastest baby he's ever seen. :) We have to agree with this. He is fast! He runs everywhere he goes. We can't wait for Christmas when we can spend more time with all of our family.

Our New Toy

We got an AWESOME deal on this piano, so we couldn't pass it up. We think it will be fun for the whole family, even more fun then a rice cooker.

Rice Cooker...Who knew?!

Landon has always loved small appliances. Funny huh. Whenever I use one to make dinner he watches it and wants to play with it. We think he likes the lights. Anyway, yesterday I gave in and I let him play with the rice cooker. He played with it for at least a half hour, which is a lot for him. I had to go to the grocery store, but I couldn't get him away from his new toy. I put his shoes and coat on while he was playing with it. He still wouldn't budge. So, I opened the door, because usually when I open the door he comes running and wants to go outside. He wasn't coming, so I was still saying "Come on Landon, let's go to the store." Then I see him come around the corner hefting the entire rice cooker. He wanted to bring it with us. It looked so funny because it was heavy for him. I made him leave it home, and in the car on the way to the grocery store he kept saying "rice". I always heard that you don't need to buy toys because kids play with anything, so now I know they even play with rice cookers.
